O seu exercicio promove valores democr\u00e1ticos esenciais, como a solidaridade e a xustiza social, ao tempo que reivindica un papel activo da cidadan\u00eda na toma de decisi\u00f3ns.  As persoas con discapacidade at\u00f3panse a dirario con barreiras tanto arquitect\u00f3nicas como mentais que lles fan m\u00e1is dif\u00edcil ou chegan a impedirlles a s\u00faa integraci\u00f3n e participaci\u00f3n social de xeito normalizado. \u00c9 por isto que o voluntariado sup\u00f3n un recurso moi importante, xa que \u00e9 unha axuda e un v\u00ednculo social para a persoa coa que realiza s\u00faa labor, xa que se crea con este unha relaci\u00f3n de iguais na que os dous aprenden sobre o outro e se removen estereotipos.  O 30 de xu\u00f1o celebraremos unha xornada adicada ao voluntariado da entidade. Con ela queremos visibilizar a s\u00faa labor e sobre todo agradecer o seu esforzo e o seu importante traballo \u00e1 hora de axudar e comprender a un dos colectivos con m\u00e1is dificultades \u00e1 hora de integrarse. ALUME contou neste ano con 16 voluntarios, 15 mulleres e un home, de todas as idades que levaron a cabo, s\u00f3s ou apoiando aos monitores, obradoiros tan diferentes como o de manualidades, pandeireta, baile tradicional, coci\u00f1a, lecto-escritura e fomento da lectura, risoterapia, autoestima, deportes e historia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con ela queremos visibilizar a s\u00faa labor e sobre todo agradecer o seu esforzo e o seu importante traballo \u00e1 hora de axudar e comprender a un dos colectivos con m\u00e1is dificultades \u00e1 hora de integrarse.
